This weekend I will be in New York City again, so I am mega excited. I plan on going to Coney Island if the weather is nice, and maybe do a little shopping too. (duh) I'm also moving into a new place in a few months, so this is an exciting time for me! Time for more apartment decorating!

a visit with the horses!

Today I went to an equestrian center I occassionally take lessons/trail rides at to see the horses. It was such a nice day out!

I did a bit of an Alexander Wang Spring RTW 2010 style side braid with a bit of Prada Spring RTW 2010 side-swooped bang with a brighter (well...burgundy...I don't think I could do a orange red color) lip.

Yesterday I went to an art show that was based on the book/movie The Last Unicorn, which was pretty cool. All the art featured was unicorn-inspired, so I was pretty much in my element. And I got to meet Peter S. Beagle, the author of the book/screenplay! Nathalie's post on her blog my floor is red inspired me to wear something similar, since she always looks totally adorable. She has the same H&M Garden Collection shorts as me! My tights have hearts on them, but you can't see them all that well. All in all, I had a great time!

country living.

This shoot inspires me to get out of the city and in more of a country atmosphere. Or at least back to the barn I ride horses at sometimes. The city is great, but sometimes you need some open spaces!
